Good basic information especially if you are starting out with a bamboo or other type of stovetop steamer. Can provide menu ideas for an elecric steamer but the cooking instructions will nof be very useful.What a simple and easy to use cookbook. Was hard finding steamer recipes but this one is nice. Thanks!Some great recipes. I can't wait to try them.Checking out various steam books. Made the mistake to look at this book. When I saw the shipping charge was more than the actual book, I NEVER continued on to purchase. However, the book was still sent. I had to return it. A $4.00 book would have cost $8.98. You'd have to be out of your mind to purchase the book.This is a good cookbook to add to your collection. It is especially good for anyone that likes to use a steamer and wants to lose some weight with healthy meals.This book may be what you're looking but I wasn't interested in any of the recipes!My wife found this to be the best collection of steamer recipes she has been able to find very complete.just received
